Hello. My name is Mark and I'm an Alcoholic.

As I, under the care and guidance of my Higher Power, get my archives and other work together, I will be adding much much more to this site. From the presentation of AA archival material right on down to essays which provide wisdom on recovery I am nothing but a instrument for the Great Conductor to work His miracles through.

Feel free to drop me a line. My contact link is on the navigation bar and at the end of this page.

From the old page:

About Me:

I am an individual member of Alcoholics Anonymous and a Real Alcoholic. My last drink was on October 25, 2003.

Hobbies & Interests:

I enjoy AA meetings and helping alcoholics new to our simple program of Recovery to recover One Day At A Time.

I also enjoy researching the history of AA. It's refreshing that if it wasn't for a doctor and a stockbroker who had drinking problems this divinely inspired Program wouldn't exist today.

Friends & Family:

Even though I'm the offspring of an alcoholic father and a codependent mother, I can cope with life as long as I don't drink just for today and place my faith in a Power greater than myself. If it wasn't for AA I'd probably lose my family and friends anyhow. Only for the Grace of my Higher Power, who I call God as I understand Him, go I into this slippery world sober.

Prescription for alcoholics by Dr. Bob

I will be adding a list of meetings within the area where I may be found. I am also attempting to self-publish a book which may help more people recover and to help return AA back to basics.

Thanks for visiting! Keep coming back!
